Irregular count

Don't fullscreen

The fullscreen seems to be glitched and makes the aspect ratio very weird. It will cut off parts of the gameplay, so please do not fullscreen.

It appeared even though I checked the box to have it not appear, so I do not know what to do.

Main description

A game made for the GMTK Game Jam 2026.

Irregular count is a game where you keep a timer from going down to zero by purchasing upgrades in the form of either clock parts, or moments.

Keep the timer from going to zero. 

Notes:

The game is playable with a mouse and keyboard. The keyboard will only be used for dialogue, to prevent accidentally clicking past important information.

Note: the timer cannot surpass 10 minutes.

This game was made in 4 days, but because I am on vacation the full four days were not utilized fully. Therefore the game may lack a bit in balancing and overall feel, but the gameplay aspects are relatively clearly built.

I am not the most experienced programmer at only 14 years old, so don't expect too much :)
